Aloha Thai Fusion Foodtruck

A great spot for a fresh, flavorful Thai meal. The Pad See Ew was lovely and packed with great fresh veggies that actually had a nice crunch to them. We also tried the coconut shrimp…they were delicious and hit that crispy-sweet craving, though the 'perfect' uniform shape makes me pretty certain they come from a frozen box. Overall, a very reliable and tasty choice for a veggie-forward lunch!

Our food was very good. The fish tacos and drunken noodles with chicken were good. The service was friendly and helpful. You eat on a picnic table with chickens running around.

I haven’t eaten such a delicious fried calamari in my life. There was a lot of meat in it and the sticks are huge. Pulled pork in a pink bun - is sweet but soo tasty. Go for it. Check this wonderful truck out!

The pulled pork buns and macaroni salad (didn’t know that was included) were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Price is right and the food is fresh and delicious. I spoke to the owner and she said the sauce is homemade and the pork is their specialty. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Tried Aloha Thai Fusion, and their Pad See Ew was hands down the best I had on the island even better than Thai Me Up. Great flavor, texture, and perfectly cooked noodles. As for the Drunken Noodles, I’d still give the edge to Thai Me Up they do those a bit better in my opinion. But if Pad See Ew is your go-to, this is the spot. Definitely coming back here on my next trip to try more of their menu. This is a must try if you're in Maui

Went to their food truck across the Costco, easy ordering process through the self kiosk and food was ready really fast! This pad Thai is one of the best I've ever had honestly, it was not too sweet, more tangy which I liked, came with plenty of toppings (carrots, bean sprouts, peanuts) and the noodles were not too thin and cooked al dente. Love the fact you can change the protein (I got chicken). Also came with an extra lime slice. Hit the spot !!!!

Spicy food is a challenge to find on Maui. Not here at ATF! They offer customizable heat from 1 to 10. I ordered level 10 Green Curry w Tofu and did have to assure them that I was looking for Thai heat; runny nose & watering eyes and that I’m not just some dumb white guy with too much bravado. This was one of the spiciest dishes I’ve had on Maui and yet the flavor of the curry was very present and super enjoyable! Still, I’m going to see if they’ll push to 11 or 12 level on my next order. Their Thai Iced Tea is really good too.

This was our first meal when we got to Maui on New Year’s Day, lots of places were closed but we lucked out that this food truck was open! The calamari, shrimp, Mac salad were the favorites. My parents enjoyed their pad Thai and shrimp as well!
